Kroger announced it is the manufacturer for all three of the pet food brands recalled; Pets Pride, Disney’s Old Yeller and Kroger Value.  The pet foods were made in a Kroger plant in Springfield, Tennessee. How the aflatoxin came to contaminate the grain is still unknown.

On another note, Kroger stock took a nose dive after they announced the recall. What a surprise.
